And Peter said to them, "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."
My family prayed for our second child for over five years and when we found out that we were finally expecting, our entire family was ecstatic. However as huge as that joy was, it was an even larger flood of emotions when we lost the baby. " Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen" (Heb. 11:1), The Lord took the faith that we had for Kayin, and produced HIS evidence in the form of clean water for this village in Uganda, even though we can't see our baby now in the flesh we can definitely see the evidence of our faith. After a total of eight years of waiting for another child, we now have two beautiful boys, a 9 year old and a one year old, God is faithful!!! We are humbled to be part of something so much bigger than us, Holden Uganda, and we pray that the Lord will continue to pour out HIS Salvation and Life through these efforts.
